New sketchbook time again :-)

Happy new week!

Narwhal flavours, washi tape as always and a cheeky Cymera sticker to start my current sketchbook… this one entitled “All Fishes Are Weird”. One way to kill time during delays getting back home on the train back from London yesterday!

Casually racing through it with all the drawings… hence why it’s new sketchbook time already, hahaha! As we leave spring behind, meet “Summer Eyes”.

One last thing before I go to bed here…

First new sketchbook of 2025 is go! The title I’ve opted for this new volume shares it’s name with this very drawing :-)

Just before the Christmas rush really intensifies and we bid 2024 adieu, it’s time for me to break in another sketchbook… Given the timing of it all, and life in general right now, the name “The Watt Nows” seems very pertinent for this new volume!

New sketchbook time! Calling this one “The Other Jungle Book” because a) why not? And b) I’m short of ideas for an alternative, hahaha!

New sketchbook time… Literally started the previous one on the second day of last month and finished it earlier today, I’m a very speedy sheepy as opposed to sleepy it seems!

And that’s a wrap from this current sketchbook! Closing things with some Peter Falk wisdom I’ve shared before, I think… “My idea of Heaven is to wake up, have a good breakfast, and spend the rest of the day drawing.”

A passage from Nick Cave’s Red Hand Files struck a chord with me… “I’m worried my thoughts might slip away, as with a dream.”
